At Shinedove, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item that you purchased from us. That’s why we have a simple and transparent exchange policy for your convenience.

How to request an exchange?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.
To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at customercare@shinedove.in or +91 6300810661 and provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and reason for exchange
  • We will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the confirmation email in the package.
  • Ship the item to the following address:

  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your exchange. We shall share a link from where you can choose an alternative product and will ship it to you once you have made your selection.

If there is a difference in cost, the customer would have to pay te balance amount before we ship the exchanged product.

When will I receive my exchanged product?

Depending on your choice of product and your location of residence, the product would reach you as per standard shipping times. If you have not received your product within this time frame, please contact us and we will assist you.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, we will replace the product or exchange the product with another one of your choice. To report a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  •  Contact us at customercare@shinedove.in or +91 6300810661 within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and a photo of the product showing the damage or error.
  •  We will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the product back to us. We will cover the shipping costs of returning the product.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the confirmation email in the package.
  •  Ship the product to the address mentioned above.
  • Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and send you a replacement or process your exchange.
